after Bozeman, we headed to Missoula to see the Surfjohn Stevens Christmas Sing-A-Long: Seasonal Affective Disorder Yuletide Disaster Pageant on Ice and it probably ranks up there in my top five favorite concerts. beside Sufjan, I love costumes, and Christmas, and old theaters, and eating popcorn and milkduds while seated at the front of the balcony so I guess it really was just a dream come true.

the best part of the night was when he sang Christmas Unicorn and kept jumping on and off the piano (and nearly knocked it over along with himself). I'm gonna go ahead and say there's no way anyone could ever put on a better Christmas concert.
and, I just wanna throw in there that Missoula seems pretty cool, too. I'm glad Billings isn't my only Montana experience anymore.
I'm from Missoula! And I'm so jealous that you got to go to the Sufjan Stevens concert...my friends and I were planning on going but it was the day before finals. So glad to hear it was great. I love seeing the pictures. And yes...Missoula is pretty amazing. You should come back sometime in the summer :)
